WIth the current implementation of the Language section, the distinction between language (LANG and LC_MESSAGES) and regional settings (LC_(the others axcept ALL)) is removed, so you can't set them differently unless you manually edit /etc/locale.conf. This needs to be back in, as it was very useful.
