Somehow it defaults to adwaita-day instead of our custom one for budgie. Overrides however seem to be fine:

[org.gnome.desktop.background]

show-desktop-icons=false

Has budgie moved to using a different key in dconf? Or could there be a syntax change? What key changes if you manually change the background?
