Hi there,
some third-party distros don't like to have intel-ucode to be part of their install medias due several reasons. So we should make it optional. When manjaro-tools don't detect this package we should not add a need for it to isolinux and efi bootloaders. grub in combination with os-prober already detects intel-ucode automatically. There we don't need to change.
