Also, regarding the SEGV workaround for librsvg.
For some reason, adding python-pillow alone did not prevent SEGV in manjaro-hello. So I also added python-cairosvg to import. However, after a little testing, it seems that SEGV can be avoided without python-pillow if cairosvg is added.

If you want to simplify the dependencies, I think it would be good to add only cairosvg for both manjaro-hello and application-utility and remove python-pillow.
