I don't have access to this repo, could you rename launcher.desktop to ms-office.desktop, and release a new tag so i can create a new package based on that tag, v18.04.4 seems a bit odd, should have been v1.18.8 and now just v2.0.0, don't know how you want to version this.

The package is not on gitlab, probably never came over from github so I created a new one https://gitlab.manjaro.org/packages/community/microsoft-office-online-jak
