The live GRUB configuration still attempts to load efi_uga, which is no longer available in GRUB 2.16.

This causes the following error when booting a Manjaro live ISO in UEFI mode:

error: fs/fshelp.c:find_file:260:file '/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/efi_uga.mod' not found.

Remove the obsolete insmod efi_uga directive while retaining insmod efi_gop for UEFI graphics output.
