[util-iso] enhanced the prepare_boot_extras() function #676

Reason

To be able produce minimalist ISO without the need to include CPU microcode packages or memtest86+ package.

Functionality

The prepare_boot_extras() has been modified to accept a third keyword argument.
The make_image_boot() has been modified to execute prepare_boot_extras when a relevant file exist.
