    Country selection logic

    The country selection logic for the -z/--timezone argument has been improved.

    The logic will use in descending order

    1. country name extracted from the system's timezone
    2. Fallback to continent when applicable.
    3. Fallback to CDN when applicable.
    4. Fallback to the official mirror ppol.

    Changes

    • Due to a conflict with the -t/--timeout argument - the short timezone argument has changed to -z.
    • Enhance mirror list generation logic, including better handling for timezone and continent-based selections, providing fallback where applicable.
    • Removed --geoip and updated documentation to match.
    • Update CLI argument names and help texts for improved clarity.
    • Refactor and standardize naming conventions for method parameters (maxwait to timeout) across various HTTP and FTP functions.
